Curator Anya Borges @anniejoo - journalist, marketer, founder of Design Mate Agency, an organization promoting designers and design brands. Design Mate – online media concerning all forms of design; a platform for self-expression and dialogue for high-class professionals, producing original and quality content exclusively. It is an innovator in terms of form, idea and function, helps the development of Russian design industry and shapes its image for abroad.

— Alisa Minkina - creator of the Montly brand, which crafts wooden designer furniture – she will speak on how to find yourself and gain inspiration during the global pandemic. Alisa is engaged in the development of two directions: she curates MONTLY collections and creates designs for other commercial brands in Russia and abroad. Creating her works, Alisa consistently expands the boundaries of the possible, following the narrative, dictated by the material.

— Aleksey Drozhdin will speak on the topic “Uniqueness drives identity”. Alexey is the founder of his own brand DROZHDINI, where they manually fuse glass, wood and metal into majestic artworks. Asymmetry, vibrant hand-crafted shapes, contrast of textures and materials and unmatched glass processing are the signature features of author’s style. In August 2020, he opened his own gallery in the center of Moscow, where his works are displayed.

— Andrey Budko will talk about his hopeless seeking for national identity in Russian design. Andrey is a product designer, graduated from the HSE School of Design, winner of SaloneSatellite Moscow 2018 in Moscow, winner of SaloneSatellite 2019 x RINASCENTE in Milan.
