Task
We had two weeks to immerse into the project and study the client. It was also necessary to conduct a complete analysis, design CJM, conduct competitive analysis and process users feedback. Our task was to redesign the service and develop new interface from scratch based on the best practices in this field and analytics results.
Ideas and solutions
We developed this interface so that the users could get a quick answers to all their questions (what is it? how to choose? how to order? etc) when they are on the landing page or visit specific section. So when they want to get more information about the service and how it works we provide them with immediate answers and they do not have any reasons to leave without placing an order. In a short time we developed a new design for all site sections. We created service signature style based on the brand style and its primary colors. Bright colors for key elements made it possible to use them as anchors. Thanks to a convenient navigation system customers have full understanding of the product, but at the same time they are not overloaded with information. We removed from the site graphics and animations which the previous version had to make the process of placing an order more simple and convenient so that new user can immediately understand what can be ordered and how to do it quickly . Animation and other graphic elements distract the customers from the main goal which is placing an order. The site is adapted for all mobile devices. It’s easy to order delivery both from the web version and from your phone or tablet. For some pages we used mobile-first for already established traffic from mobile devices to ease the process of placing an order and payment. We developed ring diagram to display delivery costs on the map. The delivery options for different zones are immediately displayed on the map. To identify their zone and to calculate delivery costs the customers just have to specify their address in the search field.
