In the year of the 75th anniversary of the industry, to tell the audience about the history of the domestic nuclear industry, prominent scientists, unique developments and accomplishments, advanced technologies, from the beginning to the modern times. Also available to foreign website visitors in English
Ideas and solutions
The Living Atom. Ahead of Time project is the first genuine interactive guide through the history of the growth and development of Russian nuclear industry. ‘Living’ archive pictures are the unique feature of the project owing to the labor-intensive efforts of the team, who managed to animate a part of the photographs. The historical persons and events literally ‘came to life’, the still images turned into animated displays making the audience dive into the project as deep as possible.
