Latte is not just coffee with milk, but the whole lotta philosophy. Originally made for children, latte soon became popular among adults as well. Some drink latte ‘coz they do not want to get that energized as by espresso, others – to prolong their coffee-time on the go (a standard latte is bigger than a cappuccino or an americano), the latter – to help fall asleep faster (latte contains milk more than coffee). Perhaps there is no other coffee with such a great number of moods. That is why to name a cafeteria we used the word latte. Latte sounds gently short and has definitely something to do with coffee :) In the cafeteria you can try almost every kind of coffee and pick a favorite origin. However, Latte is specialized on coffee drinks that contain milk. Sheer café-sets would say that milk spoils the taste of coffee. But have a look at latte. Though it is not that astringent as say espresso, how many variations of taste milk can add: latte, latte macchiato, lavender latte, coco-milk latte, almond latte, cedar latte and many other. Hardly ever will guests of the cafeteria feel the body or the citrus notes, yet they always glad to have a sit at the café and share a cup of hot milky latte. First and foremost, we graphically stressed out the correct emphasis (on the first syllable). Thus, we give no room for mispronunciation – the brand’s right sound is the 50% of success. The logo with the emphasis and the French word café look very much alike. The emphasis starts a supplementary graphical element – the milk droplet which in turn together with the second one makes a coffee bean. This is how we show the milk philosophy.
