Task
To create a user-friendly design for a business support service that creates and implements new technologies in the economy and social sphere. The service consists of two main elements: an open portal and personal accounts of participants
Ideas and solutions
Design: The visual design of the portal is dominated by calm dark colors, which preserves the business strictness and allows you to highlight key elements. Home page: we made it as primarily a news page. Quick navigation is provided by the top menu and search bar. On the main page you can log in, find out about the state support system for the project, and select parameters using a calculator. Personal account: developed separately for different roles of the borrower and the expert. The portal implements an identification system for 7 industries, each with a unique design of internal pages. The borrower registers and fills out forms with information about the project, the company, its activities and technological developments. This data is sent to the Analytical center. The borrower can add other projects in their personal account. The Analytical center passes the application from the borrower to independent experts. Any third-party specialist can become an expert. He registers on the portal and after approving the application he gets the access to his personal account with the agreement and instructions. In personal account the expert accepts or rejects invitations to participate in the examination. The form fields are accompanied by comments on how to fill them in. The fields with the expert's personal data and project information are filled in automatically. You can save the expert report in drafts. Result: the portal has significantly simplified the system for submitting documents, reviewing and announcing the results of the project. Our service coordinates the entire workflow from the application to receiving support, ensuring interaction of participants. Complex procedures are reduced to simple tasks. At the same time the parties receive instructions and notifications for each stage both in their personal account and by email.
