Task
VP Forever is a non-profit social impact organization that arranges volunteer activities in Indonesia. They focused on creating educational opportunities for local communities of young generations. The global situation with the pandemic forced the suspension of activities, which gave time to rethink the structure of the fund. The business strategy was the transformation of the fund into a Learning Center, and we helped to develop a strategy, brand platform, and worked on a visual solution
Ideas and solutions
We recognized that VP Forever's greatest asset was the ability to inspire the growing generation of Balinese people to develop themselves, thereby increasing the weight of everyone's voice and unleashing their potential. And the Learning Center becomes a “Nest of Opportunities” both for the younger generation of Balinese and for volunteers, whose community feeling and belonging to a unit idea brings them from all over the world into one community. Together they create opportunities for knowledge expansion and information accessibility. This brand idea formed the basis of all communications. The structure of the fund is compounded: therefore, we set ourselves the main task to develop a single icon so that all sub-brands of the fund are easily recognized and associated with a single whole. The new visual solution is based on this idea and emphasizes the character: inspiring, honest, value positive - it was necessary to develop a logo that would be simple to draw by hand and show with a gesture, and the brand system is as simple as possible, not requiring complex implementations and guidance. We did not change the orange color that was the brand's original color but refreshed it a little, as it conveys the energy and positive charge of the foundation's creators and the entire team well.
