Task
Medical card design concept for Future Design Health Developed interface screens for the doctor (web) and interface screens for the patient (mobile). Target audience: In our work,we solved the problem both from the point of view of patients, who for the most part do not have access to a medical record. Similarly, from the point of view of doctors, patient information is poorly structured for them and cannot be analyzed, filtered, or scaled.
Ideas and solutions
Our solution Web service for private clinics and doctors. Enables you to optimize the work of doctors in the admission of patients. The doctor will have all the necessary information about the patient's medical history, where in each diagnosis you can evaluate all the medical history, prescribed treatment and referrals for tests and health checks. Mobile app for patients. With the help of the mobile app, the patient will be aware of the current state of health, reminders to take medications on time, and notifications about future appointments with specialists.
