Task
Education is a key to stop sexual violence. Active consent means affirmative, honest, conscious, voluntary, sober and ongoing agreement to participate in sexual activity. We want to normalize this concept. While active consent doesn’t sound sexy and romantic for most people, it doesn’t make sex unemotional or doesn’t kill the romance.
Ideas and solutions
We’ve made a survey and had 580 people sharing their stories. The goal was to learn what words exactly and which phrases people use to get into agreement about sex. Based on people’s answers, we’ve made comics and educational cards to promote the idea of active consent.
