Ideas and solutions

Film about the work of the first line of user support First-line employees respond when we call tech support and complain about Internet speed or connection quality. These people every day solve users ' problems, and it was important for us to show in the video the love and care for customers shown by employees, despite the stress level of their work. VIP client video Rostelecom's VIP clients have their own personal managers. Managers know that VIP clients usually have their own business, subordinate people, they are very busy and many processes depend on them. The film shows the story of a VIP client who sets up home video surveillance to monitor a new nanny, whom he leaves alone with the child during a business trip. By mistake, the Manager's camera is not configured, and the client finds out about it already being in another city. Because of this mistake, he cancels an important performance for his business and returns home. After rewinding the negative scenario, we see a positive one, in which the equipment is installed, the child remains under supervision, and the client's performance has taken place. The video shows how the Manager's work affects the life and business of VIP clients. Result: The presentation of the films took place at the Rostelecom film festival #clientonelove. According to experts and viewers of the festival, the films reflected the work of client services and showed how important it is to take care of the client and treat their problems as their own.
