Brand Identity
Task
During two weeks of Independent Coffee Festival six best coffee shops in Moscow served special tasting menus. Each coffee shop came up with three drinks showing their unique approach to making coffee: espresso, cappuccino and a special drink. The main goal of the festival is to make speciality coffee familiar to a broader audience.
Ideas and solutions
Festivals graphic identity brings all coffee shops together, representing the idea of a union. Every shop has it’s unique stamp. Going from one shop to another, customer can collect stamps in a special coffee passport, which also contains information about the festival and a list of coffee shops. Geometric stamps work great with display font DD Grotesk (made by ESH gruppa’ designer Katya Daugel-Dauge), while color combination looks great in both web and print. Posters and booklets are print on risograph by ESH print.
