Brand Identity Promotional printed Media and Item Design

Task

Creating graphic symbols and rules for their use for a unique image of the Severstal Talent Department (development and training Department) that reflects the main meaning and values.

Ideas and solutions

There are 4 areas in the Department that we have developed our image for. The key image elements are all Severstal employees, and the transformation elements represent the Talent Department employees who set the entire system in motion. The system begins to transform, and then the people in the system change. For the sake of the overall result, Talent helps by organizing people, giving development, and collecting a complete picture of the overall result.
