Ideas and solutions

This rap song is the first debut work of a young musucian Alexey Gornichenko, who works under the pseudonym Chtets ("Reader" in English). Alexey is studying to become a percussion musician, which has given him a craving for creating interesting rhythmic drawings out of words and syllables, and his love for books has given him the basis for profound poetic lines that refer to the vast heritage of Russian and foreign art and music literature. The track "Moonlight" was no exception. Each line here is a hidden comparison, an allusion to Russian and foreign prose writers and poets. The leitmotif of the composition was the idea of finding yourself in life. Throughout the track, the lyrical hero searches for an answer to the age-old question " Who Am I?" finding it in the lines of writers of the past and in the moonlight. Alexey, like the impressionist in the music of Claude Debussy, tries to capture the moment when the moonlight can give him an answer to his question...
