Task
Develop a unified corporate online portal Saf Advance for training and development of Russian employees according to French Lesaffre standards.
Ideas and solutions
We have created a platform where you can develop and pass training programs for staff development. The code for the portal had no analogues, so we made it from scratch using cloud technologies. Now each employee can define a set of competencies for their position, save and view their training history in their personal account, and get knowledge at any time. Managers can also notice the improvement of their employees, and HR managers can monitor the overall development to understand what is missing in training. While the portal continues to gain momentum and increase modules, the first employees have already started training
