Task
To make a logotype, a clean website and to convey the aesthetics of the award: literary, modern, moderately trendy.
Ideas and solutions
The logotype is a wide grotesque, conveying the contemporary nature of the award. It also has a hidden metaphor: the diagonal strokes of the letter "k" and the letter "o" form a subtle image of a reading person. It is used as a contracted version of the logo for the social networks avatar, favicon, and in similar situations. We used initials, indents, line breaks, and a modern style serif. Classic red refers to medieval books. An unusual layout is being used throughout the site. Fast seamless transitions make navigation flawless. The homepage preloader focuses the visitor's attention on the slogan and the key idea of the award—for the truth.
