Today it is no longer possible to simply say: “Let's change, let's catch the same rhythm”, today any thought needs to be supplemented and strengthened with different instruments - a new approach to the event, scenography, and even the involvement of guests. Ideas and solutions

We decided that it was not enough to talk or shout about digital transformation, we needed to show it in action. We made each of the parts of the event in a way that no one else had done before, paying due attention to the digital components. Every detail from the website to the stage for a conference or evening event has been focused on results thanks to: - stylish and up-to-date identity. Few people dare to take events bypassing their guides using stylish and daring black; - a site that changed every day of the conference; - well-coordinated logistics to the smallest details. A beautiful concept and a powerful idea helped to hold a cyclic meeting in one go, to motivate and unite teams from different regions, to create an atmosphere of unity. And the semantic component - from a futurologist and a digitalologist - showed the prospects and applied aspects of world trends, complementing the speeches of the company's speakers. The evening event in the format of a multi-stage festival, among other things, showed that the word change is not just a word for BAYER, and everything can change, even a traditional banquet
