Task
MegaFon company counts more than 25 000 employees and the team grows with each day. But how can you understand that working there is worth a try? The answer is to visit a website. Our task was to create an interactive portal to draw in potential workers, to share insights into everyday life and the benefits of joining the party.
Ideas and solutions
We wanted to give our product this special atmosphere and spirit that prevails in the main office of MegaFon. That is why our team came to visit it. The office takes 13 floors and the most interesting ones hit the Office section. There were also several solutions made: real photos of MegaFon’s employees are located on the website pages. services for posting job-openings were integrated into the portal. When a person reacts to the vacancy on any other resource, the response appears in the data-base of MegaFon automatically.
