Task
The FSK company decided to highlight the premium quality of the constructed houses, therefore, positioning and corporate identity were changed. Our task was to redesign the website and personal account, as well as integrate the new identity in digital.
Ideas and solutions
On the main page, we have placed the most relevant residential complexes with a convenient filter for a quick housing search. Key achievements in numbers and high positions in industry rankings are clear evidence of the company's scale and reliability. A section of each residential complex is a mini-website with many pages. In addition to the description of the house, the conditions of purchase, and the advantages of the residential complex, inside the section, we added an opportunity to purchase an apartment, a parking space, and a storage room. And for the easy handling of large amounts of information, we have added a second level of navigation. It’s not that easy to decide on the right living space. And the whole process can be very tricky. To avoid any misunderstanding we have implemented 3 types of selection on the apartment page: by parameters, on the master plan and the diagram. Also, visitors can use a special filter attached to the side of the screen. The first meeting with the apartment is easy and quick - basic information is contained in a compact card. A user can immediately leave a request for the purchase or reserve it online. You can also calculate the terms of purchase, see the finishing options, and become familiar with the features of the apartment. We completely redesigned the section about the company: we structured the information and allocated it over several pages. The traditional story about the organization is now an animated promo-page with the history and achievements of the developer. In the Mortgage section, we have collected and structured all information about all lending options. At the end of the page, there is a calculator so that everyone can quickly find suitable conditions.
