Center for the Arts Free Elements Маслов Денис
Task
The center for the arts of the free elements is a new type of cultural institution created at the intersection of art and science. The founder of the center is a contemporary artist Alexander Ponomarev, whose philosophy is interdisciplinary projects and interaction with the natural elements. The goal of the project was to develop a visual identification system capable of continuous development. The identity should combine the new center and the existing "Ice Cave" cluster in Zaryadye Park
Ideas and solutions
The visual system is based on the metaphor "Generator of creative energies". The center transforms the natural energy of the elements into the creative energy of a person. To graphically Express the natural energy of the elements, we used a generative graphics tool that is generated continuously in real time. Each cluster has its own algorithm for creating graphics. The visual image of the art Center, which includes the Ocean and World Museum, is inspired by the energy of waves and the silhouette of Antarctica. The graphic motifs of the "Ice cave" are based on the optical effects of ice and snow crystals.
