Decisions The pandemic dictates an online format for projects. At the same time, the main priority is to keep the quality of the project the same as if it were held offline, and if possible better. The following communication channels were selected for the festival: e-mail newsletter - 10% in the mechanics of the festival; chats in Whatsapp messenger - 30% in the mechanics of the festival; internal Instagram page - 30% in the mechanics of the festival; website - 30% in the mechanics of the festival; Email. Conservative communication channel. As part of the festival, the email newsletter was used as a channel for first contact with employees, as well as for duplicating information on the closing and opening airs of the festival. Using this communication channel at the initial stage of the project helped inform all employees in 14 branches of the macroregion. One of the main tasks of the festival was to create internal cross-communication between employees of different branches of the macroregion. This task is almost impossible in offline mode due to the complexity of the organization and the scale of the macroregion. After registration and distribution of participants into teams, Whatsapp chats were created with moderators. The platform has many advantages for conducting online projects: visual range, opportunities for live broadcasts and communication. At the time of the project's preparation, the internal Instagram account had 450 subscribers. During the project (from September 14 to 28), 693 more people subscribed to the page. Now we are seeing a continued influx of employees to Instagram. The project "Rhythm on the Volga" became the starting point for the development of the account and showed employees that the company's Instagram is interesting.
