Task
Develop a concept for a corporate identity system based on the existing logo design. The concept should attract potential employees of the Moscow Government and reflect the main values of the organization, namely: teamwork, development and democratic relations in the team.
Ideas and solutions
We've revived the logo to reflect several of the organization's values. It shows a development ladder that becomes dynamic, depicting the unique path of employee development. We have developed a system of pure colors and gradients that meets the three main values of the Moscow government's HR services. The corporate identity system allows you to communicate with the target audience not only using text, but also using graphic images that work on static and dynamic media.
