Task
Develop the structure and interface of personal account of rectors of higher educational institutions of the Russian Federation, provide them with convenient tools for monitoring, planning, and managing work tasks
Ideas and solutions
We created a simple online space where the rector could monitor all the main indicators of the University – ratings, cash flows, subsidies, expenses, taxes. Structurally, we have divided the rector's account into three sections: financial status, digest and calendar. By constantly interacting with the customer and testing everything in focus groups, we have come to the most convenient way to represent financial information. The first section is a summary of data such as cash flows, subsidy receipts, current and planned expenditures, and information about taxes and purchases. This data is divided into 6 cards. Each of them, in turn, is divided into a field of basic information and two tabs. The “Dynamics” shows graphs for different types of financial and economic activity. The "Analytics" allows to compare educational institution with other universities by the selected parameters. The second tab, "Digest", is a news aggregator. The filter allows you to search for necessary updates by different departments, topics, and types of the document you are looking for. This section is directly integrated with the information and analytical system and the corporate news feed of the Ministry of Education. The third tab of the rector's Personal account is "Calendar". Here events are divided into 4 types — "Meetings", " Tasks", " Meetings" and "Legislation Updates". You can view all of them together or separately by selecting the appropriate type in the filter. You can view the calendar by day, week, and month. Also the rector can go directly from the LKR to various resources of the Ministry, where he can specify data on employment of graduates, the rating of financial management and the effectiveness of his University in terms of financial indicators. Result: Our financial dashboard app has already become an effective assistant for many rectors. The convenience of the structure and elegant design of the mobile organizer left the customer very satisfied.
